And those who have some semblance of "power" over it
Abuse it.
Penalize you when your allotted space in "thier" time isn't being used down to the last minute. Wasting the very time they believe they are saving...
What will become of us who are under thier jurisdiction...?

The power over time is not ours and those who "abuse" it are only trying to grasp at the sand slipping through their hands. Time is immortal but we are not.
